I want to invite you to join us for this year’s Intensive Osteopathic Update, featuring all-new content and the opportunity to earn more than 30 hours of AOA Category 1-A CME credit. (This is also a great opportunity to earn credits for the CME cycle ending in December 2021!)

This year, the event will take place virtually over one weekend (July 23–25) with four different tracks of lectures occurring simultaneously. Attendees will have the opportunity to watch one of the four lectures live, then catch up on the remaining lectures later at their convenience on-demand.

The four tracks include:

  • Consult Central (Consultative Track): We know that family physicians provide comprehensive care to patients at a level similar to specialists, and—sometimes—to provide the highest level of care, we partner with them. Join us for specialist-level lectures that highlight diagnostics and therapeutics of commonly seen office medical issues, and better prepare patients you send to a specialist.

  • DEI Track: These lectures are crucial for today’s physicians to ensure we are implementing the best solutions to help all our patients. Stay current with issues in diversity, equity and inclusion as they pertain to modern-day medicine and gain a greater understanding of what people with different socioeconomic situations and challenges are living with.

  • Wellness Track: Stay true to the holistic, whole-patient approach to medicine; enhance the health of your patients; and increase their satisfaction with their health care and their life. This track was developed to help physicians assist their patients with crucial lifestyle interventions that can enhance their lives and decrease disease burden. Additionally, these interventions can enhance the wellness and job satisfaction of physicians if they engage in the healthy activities.

  • Osteopathic and Integrative Medicine Track: Refresh your knowledge of OMT techniques and strengthen your ability to help your patients with OMT for various musculoskeletal and systemic medical conditions with all new OMT lectures for 2021. Focusing on commonly seen subjects, this track was developed for physicians to maintain their training of OMT to help their patients. Join us for lectures explaining the application of integrative medicine modalities that patients may be using or are interested in so we can discuss these interventions more intelligently with our patients.

We are also excited to partner with the American College of Osteopathic Internists to bring specialists in to share their expertise for some of the lectures and join us for sessions that span primary care.
