OFP Attending Paper of the Year

This year’s OFP Attending Paper of the Year award recipients were selected by last year’s winner based on how well written the article was, the positive effect on osteopathic family medicine, originality and educational value. We are pleased to announce Selena G. M. Raines, MPH, DO, and Amanda L. Ramey, DO, won this award for OMT Treatments for Pediatric Conditions.

The OFP Resident Paper of the Year is selected by the previous year’s award winner. Selection criteria includes the writing quality and the article’s originality, educational value and positive effect on osteopathic family medicine. This year, we are pleased to bestow Omar Bukhari, DO, PGY-2, with this award for the article, Non-Allergic Rhinitis with Osteopathic Treatment Techniques.

OFP Student Author of the Year

Based solely on the merit and content of the student’s contribution to the submitted paper, the OFP Student Author of the Year recognizes outstanding scholarship by students in osteopathic family medicine. Each contributing doctor (DO, MD or PhD) attests to the student’s pivotal role in the article. We are proud to recognize Ravi Chinsky, OMS-III, for his contribution to Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: Diagnosis and Management with an Osteopathic Component.
